On the exported Excel spreadsheet, the following data needs to be included in separated columns:- Item SKU
- Inventory Number from the Transactions Level
- Serial Number from the Transactions Level
Administration: Delete a Vault and a Location from a Warehouse
Administrator users will have the ability to delete a/multiple selected empty locations and vaults from the Warehouse level. Locations/Vaults that are in use cannot be deleted, as an error message will be displayed on the user interface if the Admin user selects it.
Customers: FLAT Customer Billing
Customer Settings- A customer can now be defined as a FLAT Customer and charged with the defined Storage Flat Base Rate defined on the Custom Rate level.
- A customer cannot be set up both as FLAT and CWT.
- The setting can be changed until the 1st billing period including transactions from the customer is finalized. From there on, the toggle is disabled.
- The Storage Flat Rate will need to be set up as Custom Rate on the Customer level in order to be considered for the billing calculations. If none is set, a warning message is displayed on the UI on the Customer level.

- When adding/editing an item for a Customer Flat, the Storage Base Rate is disabled and defined with the one from the customer level
- The HIN/HOUT base rate drop-downs are enabled and contain all the HIN/HOUT base rates defined in Administration with the different bill types

- When adding a Custom Rate for a Flat Customer, the only storage base rate available for selection are the ones with Flat Bill type. All the HIN/HOUT base rates are available for selection.
- Minimum Amount is set to 0 and disabled.
- The Charge Amount is the on which will be visible on the invoice.

- Updated the Customers Import Template and the Instructions to integrate the Flat Customer.
- The Flat Customer rows are optional and accept Yes/No values.
- If value from a row is YES, it is mandatory to add a Flat Storage Base Rate.
- A customer cannot be both Weight per Transaction and Flat.
- The Items Import Instructions and Logic were updated to accommodate the items for a Flat Customer.

Confirmation Message when leaving Inbound/Outbound Transactions
If minimum one modification was done on an Inbound/Outbound Transaction and the user attempts to leave the page by selecting a different option from the menu, clicking on the breadcrumb or use the options from the browser, a confirmation message pops up.
Default and Custom Rates: $ 0.00 Charge
- Admin users are now able to add $ 0.00 a charge for a Storage, Handling IN and Handling OUT base Rate
- If Charge is set to $ 0.00 and Minimum amount is > $ 0.00, a warning message is displayed to notify the user that the minimum amount will be charged on the invoice.

Outbound: Item Weight on Delivery Ticket
- Item Weight is a new field on the Delivery Ticket
- Item Weight value is the result from the Transaction Item Qty * CWT/UOM

Confirmation Message on Add Item
If an Item No is selected in an Inbound/Outbound Transaction and the user hits SAVE without hitting Add Item, a confirmation message is displayed to draw the user’s attention.
Location Sheet Changes
- The Vault Location sheet generated from Inbound and Outbound transactions now contains the list of inventory available on the selected Vault.
- For what it is more, all the Location sheets now contain the Customer Reference instead of the Transaction Reference.

Worker Users now have access to the Reports Module
All worker users now have access to the Reports Module which contains the following reports:- Transactions Report
- Inventory Report
- FIFO Inventory Report
- Inventory Report by Location
- Expected Quantity Report

Customers drop-down enhanced in transactions
The customers drop-down now contains a search field in all the following parts of the application:- Inbound
- Outbound
- Adjustments
- Move Quantity
- Additional Charges

Flat Storage Base Rate defaulted to Monthly for Default and Custom Rates
A Flat Storage Base Rate can now only be defined with a Rate By Month.

Customer Reference
Customer Reference is a new field added on customer level. As an admin user, you now have the ability to define and edit Customer Reference for each customer.Import the Customer Reference
A new column is integrated on the Customers Import template with the name Customer Reference. The inputs in the column are optional. Both the import template and the instructions are updated.Customer Reference on Transaction Report
The Customer Reference is now present on the 'Export to Microsoft Excel' option of the Transactions Report.Customer Reference on Inventory Report by Location
The Customer Reference is now present on the export to Excel of the Inventory Report by Location.Customer Reference on Invoice History Export and Invoices

Item Weight and Expected Weight on Expected Quantity Report
Two additional data sets are now captured on the Expected Quantity Report export option to Microsoft Excel.- Item Weight: It corresponds to the numeric input from the "Weight per UOM" field from the Item no. level.
- Expected Weight: It corresponds to the result of "Expected Quantity * Expected Weight."
Generating Location Sheets
A Location Sheet can be generated from:- 'Receiving' and 'Completed' inbound transactions
- 'Requested', 'Processing' and 'Completed' outbound transactions
- Stock Transactions
Layout of the Sheets (Location, Pallet)
Both sheets provide:- Pallet/Location Name
- Company Name
- Transaction Reference
- On-hand Quantity
- Items available
Layout of the Vault Sheet
The layout of the sheet includes:- All the information mentioned for the Location and Pallet sheets, except for the enumeration of the Item
- Enumeration of the vaults included in the transaction
- Enumeration of the locations included in the transaction
Billing Calculations Changes for Handling In/Out for a Pallet/Location/Vault
The billing calculations for pallet, location and vault for inbound and outbound transactions will not consider the number of distinct pallets, locations and vaults included in the respective transaction.Edit Item Number from Inbound Transactions
The 'Edit' option is available for all selected item numbers from Inbound Transactions. When selecting it, the 'Edit Item No.' modal from the item number level opens. The same business rules as editing an item from the Customer level are in place here.- Warehouse workers now have the ability to upload an image for an item.
- Base Rates can be modified by Admin users only until the first billing period in which the item included is considered as finalized.
- Item Configurations are enabled until the Item No. is included in the first transaction.

Item Photo Gallery

SUMMARY:
The main goal of this release is to provide the users of the application with the possibility to upload a photo on the inventory item level and view the corresponding photo on the inbound and outbound transactions. Also, this release will aim to improve the usability of the application.IMPROVEMENTS:
- Outbound FIFO by Expiration Date Restriction: the users need to first take out the items with the earliest expiration date.
- Salesperson Field: it is now possible to assign a Salesperson on each Customer level. The feature is integrated on the Customer level, on the Customers Import and on the Export to Excel of the Invoice History.
- Inactive Customer: it is now possible to deactivate a customer which no longer has storage or weight available in any warehouse. By default, the created customers are active. The customer will still be available in reports.
- Upload Item Picture: each Item No can now have an image attached to it. The image is visible on the Item No level and on Inbound and Outbound transaction.
- Item Name field: a new field is integrated on the Item level to allow the users to input the name of each item.
- Item Photo Gallery: a gallery is available on the Inbound and Outbound level to give the users the possibility to select an item no based on the associated photo.
- Soft Delete of Inbound/Outbound transactions: it is now possible to delete an inbound/outbound transaction created by mistake/no longer in scope. The delete transactions are displayed on the Completed column of the transactions board and have a distinct icon. They are also visible on the Transactions Report.

SUMMARY:
The goal is to release a series of functionalities which aim to improve the flows and usability in the application's transactions and reports. Also, this release includes a new business rule: Item No with Pallet as Unit of Measure cannot have a quantity per transaction item location greater than 1 and can only be assigned to a pallet.IMPROVEMENTS:
- Search on the Inventory Report by Location, Transactions Report, FIFO Inventory Report and Inventory Report: the admin users will now have the possibility to perform a search based on everything displayed on the report.
- Vaults/Pallets Status: the users will now have the possibility to view the status of the vaults and pallets in all the drop-downs from the application. The status is represented by two different bullets: red (in use) or green (empty/unassigned)
- Move Location: when a move location transaction is saved, the filters (the object of the move - vault/pallet or location - and the actions - change location or move content - are maintained. The filters are cleared on refresh or cancel.
- Vaults/Pallets Export: it is now possible to export in an excel spreadsheet all the vaults/pallets available on a warehouse. Item No with Pallets as Unit of Measure: from now on, Item No with Unit of Measure = Pallet can only have a quantity per location equal to 1 and only be assigned to an empty pallet. This new functionality is integrated in several transactions of the application (inbound, stock, adjustments, move quantity, move location)

- A warehouse can now be marked as inactive. This removes it from assignment screens and related lists (WD-912)
- New Warehouse Code available which is used to identify the warehouse on an invoice. A script will automatically run when you load this version that will assign a Warehouse Code to all existing warehouses. The format of the code is the first three letters of the Warehouse Name and a single number, i.e. warehouse with name of Acme will be assigned a code of ACM1. If the code is not unique, then the fourth digit is incremented to one not currently in use. (WD-909)

- You can specify an Inventory Number within the details of an Outbound transaction, including the option to choose Without Inventory. The inventory selector allows you to choose from a list of inventory items at the location. This provides the ability to adjust inventory levels at the time of outbound. (WD-961, WD-1078, WD-1079)
